SPRING basketBALL

Registration for our spring program opens every year around late January / early February. Registration fee is $70 per player, which covers league administration, scheduling, officials (if applicable), facility usage, and uniform (varies by age).

Financial aid is available for players on free/reduced lunch through FCPS or who have a Medicaid card. Please email documents to basketball@bryc.org to qualify. Financial aid cost is $60.

Spring is open for PreK/K through 8th grade boys and girls (we do not offer a high school league in the spring).

The season starts in early April and ends before Memorial Day, and is six weeks long. Teams play six games.

All teams play one game a week on a weekday (Monday-Friday). Game day depends on gym availability each season and the game schedule will be published a week before the season starts.

There are no practices and no weekend commitments.

BRYC is a parent-volunteer organization, so all coaches are parent volunteers. If you have any questions about coaching, please email basketball@bryc.org. Or, you can register yourself as a coach using the "Volunteer" option for the season.
